Wordless Wednesday | Easy Homemade English Muffins

Before you pull me aside for a stern chat about combining the words "easy," and "English muffins," take a moment to consider that the glorious little bread halos pictured above are my first attempt at creating anything resembling an edible nook or cranny.

I've taken a U.S. court of law approach to baking with yeast: I'm innocent until proven guilty -- or, in this case, competent until proven incompetent.
